I used the digital ovulation kit at the same time as the regular kind, with the lines. Since the lines are sometimes hard to be sure of a positive result, I thought the more expensive digital one would help me be sure of exactly when my LH surge is. But whereas the lines indicated a positive surge, the digital one always came back negative. Both claim to be 99 percent accurate, but clearly one of them was wrong. When I had the blood test done in my doctor's office, it came back as positive for ovulation.
