well - I usually dont like these things. So I bought a variety pack figuring I would like at least ONE of the flavors. I like them ALL - except mint- I have not tried mint because I am not a minty person. I think that it will taste like I am sucking on my toothbrush. Anyway- these last a long time. I also have TMJ - a jaw problem - so I am am to preform longer with this product.
